For the mother who is holding everything together and whose body has been keeping track of what her mind hasn’t had space to process.

You’ve built a life that looks exactly right from the outside.

The credentials. The career. The family.
The capability everyone around you takes for granted.

But underneath it… quietly, persistently… something feels heavy in a way that sleep doesn’t fix and achievement doesn’t touch. Maybe it shows up as anxiety, or irritability, or a low-level sadness you can’t quite name. Maybe it lives in your body — the tension, the fatigue, the pain that doesn’t have a clean explanation.

You're in the right place.

Virtual coaching for high-achieving women and working moms navigating burnout, perfectionism, and people-pleasing.

Based in North Carolina and serving women nationwide

Hi, I’m Rebecca Glavin

I'm a licensed clinical social worker, mom of two, and someone who understands what it feels like to live in my head, know all the right things, and still not be able to change the pattern.

I've spent over a decade working across private practice, psychiatric care, school counseling, and academic medicine. I have an MSW, MBA, and LCSW — which sounds like an odd pairing until you realize that holding space for people and understanding systems turn out to be the same work, just in different rooms. I've published research in peer-reviewed journals and been a guest expert on the Charlotte Today Show.

And motherhood still unraveled me in ways none of it prepared me for.

What I’ve come to understand — through my own work and years of sitting with women in some of their most painful moments — is that what we’re carrying is rarely just ours. Chronic pain, persistent anxiety, the patterns we can’t break no matter how hard we try — these often have roots that go deeper than our own history. They’re written into the nervous systems of the women who raised us, and the women who raised them. Until we look at what we inherited, we keep working around it instead of through it.

This is the work I do now. Not therapy — coaching. But informed by everything I know about the body, about family systems, and about what it actually takes to change at the level where change sticks.

You can understand regulation and still lose your patience by 3pm. You can love your kids more than anything and still crave silence. You can look completely capable and feel completely stretched thin — and nobody thinks to ask if you're okay because you've never given them a reason to.

Insight doesn't automatically equal capacity.

Are we a good fit?

You're high-functioning on the outside and quietly running on empty on the inside.

You know a lot about yourself. You're still stuck in the same patterns.

Here's what we work on together:

Reactivity → Regulation

You understand why you react the way you do. You're still doing it. We work on the gap between knowing and actually living differently — in your body, not just your head.

Over-responsibility & Boundaries

You over-function in ways that look like dedication. You people-please in ways that look like generosity. We work on what it costs you — and what a cleaner way looks like.

Self-trust & Self-abandonment

You have a loud inner critic and a persistent feeling that you should be handling this better. We work on coming back to what you actually know — the part of you that sees clearly when you slow down enough to listen.

Identity & Becoming

You've spent years organizing your life around everyone else's needs. We work on who you are outside of that — what you actually want, what actually fits, what the next aligned step looks like for you specifically.

Body Symptoms & the Mind–Body Connection

Chronic pain, persistent fatigue, tension, and physical symptoms without clear medical answers are often the body’s language for what hasn’t been allowed to be felt. We work on listening to what your body has been trying to say — and developing the capacity to feel it, process it, and move through it rather than suppress it or override it.

Generational Patterns

The patterns you’re most stuck in often didn’t originate with you. They arrived before you had language for them — in the way your mother moved through stress, the things that were never spoken in your family, the losses that were never grieved. We look at what you inherited and what it would mean to be the woman who finally changes it — not just for yourself, but for the daughters watching you.

Not more insight, but more trust in yourself.

Clarity about what's true for you right now. Values-based next steps.
The ability to hear your own knowing before your mind talks you out of it.

The most powerful thing you can do for your kids is become the person you hope they grow up to be.

Kids are not learning from what you tell them. They’re learning from watching you — whether you trust yourself, honor your limits, and come back to yourself when you've drifted.

This work isn't just about you. It ripples.

Most of the work happens between sessions — and most tools designed to support that work are not personalized sufficiently.

The Reflection Mirror is different.

You upload your chosen personality frameworks (Human Design, Myers-Briggs, Gene Keys, Enneagram, and more), your core values, name what you're working toward that week, and bring whatever is live for you. The AI holds your frameworks as an active lens — not as a label — and reflects your patterns back with precision. It will ask the harder question. It won't hand you a tidy bow. Founding access is available now for a limited number of clients.

Here’s How We Can Work Together

I work with a deliberately small number of women because this work requires genuine attention and I don't dilute it. Every client relationship includes two sessions per month and ongoing support between sessions — voice notes, texts, real-time access when something can't wait two weeks.

First time clients commit to 3 months to give the work room to actually work.

This is not a program. It is a relationship with someone who will hold your full picture, challenge what you're not seeing, and stay in it with you.

- Monthly coaching rates range between $800-$1,200 -

To see if we’re the right fit, all new clients begin with a free 15-minute conversation.
